Banana-Apple Smoothie


Banana-Apple Smoothie

1 ripe banana, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons oat bran

Place the banana, yogurt, applesauce, milk and honey in a
food processor or blender, and process for 1 to 2 minutes, or
until smooth. Add the oat bran and process for another 5 to
10 seconds, or until thickened. Divide the smoothie between
2 tall glasses and serve.

Makes 2 servings
